Gwenth provides AI-powered prospecting workflows that help sales teams define ideal customer profiles, surface qualified leads, and manage outreach. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Gwenth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform performance, scraping or harvesting data in violation of applicable laws, or using the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Gwenth a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and share Customer Data.
Gwenth may integrate with third-party tools (for example, CRM or enrichment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and Gwenth is not responsible for third-party services.
Gwenth and its software, branding, and content are owned by Gwenth or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content.
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, or suspend access, as needed to operate the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Gwenth disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gwenth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gwenth from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gwenth is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating this page or through other reasonable means.
