This Privacy Policy explains how Gwenth collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and AI-powered prospecting platform (the “Service”).

  • Account and workspace data like name, email, company, team settings, and billing details.
  • Prospecting data you provide or upload, such as ideal customer profiles, lead lists, and outreach notes.
  • Usage data such as feature interactions, log data, device information, and cookies.
  • Communications including support tickets and feedback.
  • Google user data (if you connect Gmail) including Gmail message content, message metadata, and mailbox state needed to power inbox reading, drafting, sending, replying, and user-requested mailbox actions in Gwenth.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Personalize workflows and recommend relevant features.
  • Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and billing.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Provide or improve user-facing Gmail features you explicitly use, including reading inbox threads, drafting emails, sending emails, replying, and mailbox state actions.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share information:

  • With vendors that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics).
  • With your organization’s administrators for enterprise accounts.
  • When required by law or to protect Gwenth’s rights.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • With subprocessors only as needed to provide or improve user-facing features you requested, and not for unrelated purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to applicable retention obligations.

For connected Gmail accounts, you can revoke access and request deletion of Google user data at any time using our in-app controls and instructions at /google-user-data-deletion.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Service, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

8. International Transfers

If you access Gwenth from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we operate.

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Google API Data and Limited Use

Gwenth’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features in Gwenth. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, sale to data brokers, credit-worthiness, lending, interest-based advertising, or training generalized AI models.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except: (a) as needed to operate and secure the Service on our behalf, (b) with your explicit direction or consent, or (c) where required by law.

Access to Google user data by people is restricted to cases where it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or support requested by you.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date when appropriate. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and in-product notices before the new use takes effect.
